Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a senior Customer Success professional to join a fast-growing team that supports a diverse set of enterprise clients across the EMEA region. You will be part of an early CS function, helping to define scalable processes and a high-impact playbook.

In this role you’ll onboard new clients, drive long-term product adoption, and own renewals and expansions. You will monitor usage, identify opportunities for growth, and contribute to achieving strong NRR/GRR metrics.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of CS experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong ability to drive renewals and expansions with customers.
• Proven track record of building scalable customer success processes.

Responsibilities

• Build a scalable CS playbook and framework for customers in EMEA.
• Maintain relationships with 40-50 enterprise clients.
• Onboard new clients and drive long-term adoption of multiple products.
• Monitor customer usage and adoption to identify opportunities for value realization and revenue growth.
• Own expansion and renewal of accounts within your book of business.
• Own your customer success KPIs (NRR/GRR) and contribute to CS OKR goals.
