Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Current, active TS/SCI US Government Security Clearance.
• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience working in an Agile, startup, or rapidly scaling environment.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with agentic and spec-driven development (developing AI agents a plus).
• Experience with AI tools: eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Embed within customer engineering teams. Understand customer value and translate requirements into designs for AI-enabled production systems. Travel 30–50%.
• Build production AI applications powering AI and agentic workflows, integrating models, data sources, and applications.
• Own production for the workstream: scope, design, code, test, deploy, operate, maintain; troubleshoot incidents and monitor health.
