Job summary

Common Thread Collective, Inc. is seeking a Lifecycle & Retention Strategist to lead education and roadmaps for automated campaigns across client accounts.

You’ll audit programs, build flows, and provide strategic input while delivering measurable growth through owned channels. The role blends visionary strategy with flawless execution: designing data-driven lifecycle plans, implementing technical infrastructure, and validating outcomes with rigorous QA and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in email and SMS marketing in a DTC environment.
• Strong proficiency with Klaviyo including automation and analytics.
• Experience with additional ESPs (Attentive, Emarsys, Iterable or Braze) preferred.
• Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CASL compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and ship tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on management of daily email and SMS programs across clients.
• Teach best practices and share knowledge with colleagues and clients.
• Partner with Growth Strategy, Paid Media, and Creative Services to plan campaigns.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for revenue.
