Job summary

PRIME Corporate Services seeks a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the email and SMS ecosystems guiding prospects and customers through their journey. You will architect automations, write copy, build segments, monitor deliverability, and own the program end to end, partnering with Design and Engineering.

You will start with email and SMS and later expand into additional lifecycle channels as programs mature, working to drive leads, onboarding, retention, and expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Equivalent demonstrated experience considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Own the full prospect-to-consultation email and SMS journey.
• Design and maintain lead nurture sequences segmented by source, service interest, engagement level, and stage.
• Build and optimize campaigns that move cold and aging leads back into active conversation.
• Partner with Sales leadership on handoff timing, lead routing triggers, and follow-up cadence.
