Prudential Annuities Distributors (PAD) is seeking a Manager, Email Operations & Execution to lead enterprise email marketing and lifecycle communications. This role reports to the Director, Email & Marketing Automation and manages a team responsible for translating email strategy into scalable, compliant execution.

This leader will drive campaign delivery, governance, and process improvements while partnering with Email Strategy & Business Partnership, Email Audience & Programs Strategy, and

Qualifications

• Experience leading email marketing operations and lifecycle communications.
• Experience building, leading, and scaling campaign delivery or marketing operations teams.
• Working knowledge of email platforms, lifecycle marketing, audience segmentation, QA, and workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in complex, matrixed marketing organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of email campaigns, lifecycle programs, and automated communications across business units.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with business requirements.
• Oversee deployment readiness, QA, and post-launch support; drive operational excellence.
• Establish scalable workflows, standards, and quality controls; ensure governance and compliance.
• Partner with strategy, audience programs, and Martech teams to optimize processes.
