Prudential Annuities Distributors (PAD) seeks a senior Data Strategy leader to drive the data program across marketing. You will own the data foundation, governance, and activation-ready data products to empower analytics, campaigns, and decisioning.

Based in Newark, NJ, this hybrid role requires a track record in data strategy, leadership, and modern data stacks. You will partner with Enterprise Data Office, Analytics, Privacy, and Legal to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in data strategy, data management, data product management, or marketing data and technology, including leadership.
• Experience building and scaling data products or enterprise data platforms.
• Ownership of core data governance disciplines — metadata management, data lineage, data cataloging, data quality, and stewardship.
• Hands-on experience evaluating identity resolution / identity graph capabilities and CDP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end data strategy and multi-year data product portfolio plan.
• Establish governance, identity, and trust for marketing data assets.
• Define KPIs, ROI models, and measurement for data products.
• Own activation-ready data products and ensure clean, connected data feeds for analytics.
