Prudential is seeking a leader to run Email Operations & Execution, guiding enterprise email campaigns and lifecycle programs. You will manage a team, ensure accurate, timely delivery, and uphold governance across marketing, data, and brand standards.

The role collaborates with strategy, audience programs, Martech platforms, and analytics to translate objectives into scalable, high‑quality email programs that drive engagement and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in email marketing, marketing automation, campaign operations, or digital marketing execution.
• Experience building, leading, and scaling campaign delivery or marketing operations teams.
• Working knowledge of email platforms, lifecycle marketing, audience segmentation, quality assurance, and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of email campaigns, lifecycle programs, and automated communications across business units.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with business requirements and operational standards.
• Oversee campaign readiness, deployment processes, quality assurance, and post-launch support.
• Drive consistency and operational excellence across all email execution activities.
• Establish and maintain scalable workflows, execution standards, and quality controls.
• Ensure compliance with marketing, brand, regulatory, and data governance requirements.
• Continuously improve processes that increase efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance execution quality.
• Partner with Email Audience & Programs and Martech product owner teams to support process optimization and automation opportunities.
