Standard Process Inc. seeks an Email & Marketing Automation Manager to lead planning, development, and optimization of email and SMS programs.

You will build single-send campaigns and automated journeys, using segmentation and personalization to drive engagement and measurable growth across key initiatives. With 5+ years in digital marketing, you will partner cross-functionally to deliver targeted, data-driven programs, test relentlessly, and optimize performance while ensuring deliverability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, CRM marketing, lifecycle marketing, or related digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize email campaigns for product launches, promotions, practitioner education, and customer engagement.
• Build and manage automated email and SMS journeys to deliver the right message at the right time.
• Develop targeted audience segments and personalized communications using customer engagement data.
• Create and maintain marketing automation workflows to improve customer experiences and support business goals.
• Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Digital Marketing, Sales, and other teams to execute integrated campaigns.
• Manage SMS marketing campaigns and automated text programs for key initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversions.
• Provide campaign reporting and insights to guide future marketing efforts.
• Serve as the go-to resource for email marketing, SMS, and automation best practices.
• Support audience management, data quality initiatives, and martech improvements.
• Ensure communications follow deliverability and consent best practices.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in email/SMS marketing.
