Job summary

AAA Northeast is seeking an Email Operations Specialist to support the execution and optimization of prospecting email campaigns for member acquisition. You will coordinate with internal marketing teams, external vendors, and eBusiness to build, test, and deploy campaigns with strict attention to data privacy and targeting accuracy.

Responsibilities include audience segmentation, campaign setup, progress tracking, and proactive risk flagging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting email marketing campaigns, including coordination and execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate external list vendors, marketing teams, and eBusiness for campaign build and deployment.
• Manage timelines, inputs and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
• Perform QA checks for accuracy, targeting, and readiness before deployment.
• Operationalize audience segmentation logic and suppression strategies.
• Track campaign progress and flag risks or gaps to stakeholders.
• Support testing plans (A/B tests, segmentation variations) with stakeholders.
