Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Email Marketing Manager for a temporary role in Washington, DC with potential to convert to permanent. The position focuses on leading digital and email campaigns to engage members and grow the audience.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in digital marketing, strong CMS/CRM/ESP experience, and knowledge of HTML/CSS. This hybrid role offers on-site two days and remote three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 4+ years of digital marketing experience, including email campaigns.
• Experience with ESPs, CRM, and CMS platforms.
• Strong email metrics knowledge, segmentation, personalization, and analytics.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS preferred.

Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Our client, a national membership-based organization is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to convert in Washington, D.C.

About The Job

• Lead digital marketing and email marketing initiatives to drive member engagement and audience growth
• Manage email campaigns from strategy and content deployment through testing, segmentation, and optimization
• Analyze campaign performance and leverage data-driven insights to improve results
• Serve as the technical lead for the email marketing platform, including troubleshooting and vendor coordination
• Build and distribute digital communications, press releases, and media outreach campaigns
• Develop social media plans and engagement strategies for key events and initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to support communications, branding, and marketing goals

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 4+ years of digital marketing experience, including email marketing and campaign management
• Experience managing email service providers, CRM platforms, and content management systems
• Strong understanding of email marketing metrics, segmentation, personalization, and analytics
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS preferred
• Excellent project management, proofreading, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

About The Position

• Start Date: ASAP!
• $40-$45/hr
• Permanent Salary: Up to $95K
• Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite / 3 days remote
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
