As part of the Workplace Experience team, you will greet visitors, manage passes, coordinate events, and ensure security, safety and smooth daily operations.

This role requires a friendly, proactive approach and strong communication to create a welcoming and efficient workplace.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for entrants; greet warmly, issue visitor/parking passes, and follow security protocols.
• Make a memorable first impression by answering the telephone in a professional manner; create presentations and speak to groups.
• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor.
• Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed; coordinate mail, office supplies, and onboarding.
• Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers; provide solutions professionally.
• Organize and manage on-site events; secure space, set up/teardown, and delivery of supplies.
• Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures; notify appropriate parties for safety.
• Coordinate with vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace.
• Explain detailed information within the team and follow directions from the manager.
• Impact through clearly defined duties, using existing procedures to solve straightforward problems.
