Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for all those entering the facility; greet visitors and issue passes while following security protocols.
• Answer the telephone professionally and assist with presentations or speaking to groups of various sizes.
• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requester.
• Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders; coordinate and execute workplace services including mail and onboarding.
• Acknowledge inquiries or complaints and provide solutions in a customer-service driven manner.
• Organize and manage on-site events, secure space, set up/tear down, and delivery of supplies.
• Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures and notify concerned parties for safety.
• Coordinate with vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace.
• Explain detailed information within the team and follow manager’s directions.
