Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or GED required.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work irregular hours including weekends and holidays.
• Prior airline or hospitality experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide premium customer support to all clients.
• Register customers and confirm access to memberships and lounges.
• Greet customers and complete guest experience tasks.
• Execute E-book reservation tasks using SABRE and QIK.
• Process flight modifications and passport verification.
• Monitor flight status and inform customers.
• Resolve purchasing issues and reissues.
• Coordinate services for elite customers and manage seating/upgrades.
