Responsibilities

• Advances and sells air travel to the public or cargo forwarders.
• Assists with traveler registration and freight acknowledgement.
• Interprets government rules for domestic and international travel or shipments.
• Meets and dispatches airplanes within scheduled times.
• Assists distressed travelers and clients as needed.
• Protects company property and revenue and ensures safe travel.
• Performs duties across weather conditions and busy flight periods.
• May drive air stairs and perform Traveler Activity Control duties when required.
