Job summary

American Airlines in the United States is seeking a customer service professional to deliver premium service at lounges and during travel. You will check in members, assist with seating and memberships, and coordinate with travel partners to meet high standards.

Responsibilities include reservations via SABRE, handling ticketing issues, and supporting elite Concierge Key and Five-Star clients. A strong hospitality mindset and English fluency are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Bilingual in select locations is a plus.
• FAA security requirements may apply for specific roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide premium customer service to all customers.
• Check in clients and affirm admission to memberships and/or lounges.
• Greet customers and share relevant information (WiFi, support).
• Book and confirm flight reservations using SABRE and QIK.
• Handle ticketing issues including reissues and day-of departures.
• Coordinate and oversee lounge and club services and staffing.
• Record issues in the passenger report (PNR) and escalate as needed.
• Assist elite customers (Concierge Key, Five-Star) during travel.
