NFIB is seeking Elite Outside Sales Advocates in Demopolis, AL to join the Voice of Small Business. This hunter/closer role focuses on growing NFIB memberships by engaging independent business owners in the field.

You will deliver our 5-minute presentation, close memberships on the spot, and educate owners about NFIB advocacy. Expect a high-earning career with paid training, a comprehensive benefits package, and uncapped commissions.

• Owns a business or manages a territory with accountability.
• Excellent persistence to conduct face-to-face cold calls and build rapport with small business owners.
• Fast learner who thrives on mastering a proven, structured sales model.

Responsibilities

• Prospect in-person cold calls to meet small business owners (no appointment setting).
• Master and deliver NFIB’s 5-minute sales presentation.
• Close new members and process payments on the spot.
• Educate owners on how NFIB protects their rights in Washington, D.C. and state capitals.
