Job summary

NFIB, the Voice of Small Business in the United States, seeks an Elite Outside Sales Advocate. This Hunter/Closer role targets independent business owners to grow NFIB membership. You’ll present a proven five-minute pitch, close memberships on the spot, and advocate for small business rights in DC and state capitals.

You will receive paid training, full benefits, and an uncapped commission/bonus plan, with a structured training pay safety net and a self-directed field schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: in-person cold calls to meet small business owners.
• The NFIB presentation: master and deliver a 5-minute sales presentation.
• Close: use an assumptive one-call close to enroll new members and process payments.
• Advocacy: educate owners on NFIB protections in DC and state capitals.
