Preventia Security is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive new market share in Middle TN by delivering smart security and automation solutions to residential and light commercial clients.

The role offers a strong base salary with an uncapped commission structure, an opportunity to earn substantial OTE, and a pathway to a company vehicle after milestones, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in security or related fields.
• Strong networking abilities or familiarity with the local Middle TN market.
• Self-motivated; driven by hitting metrics and managing a territory.

Responsibilities

• Own Your Territory: drive new business in Middle TN via local prospecting and networking.
• Consultative Selling: design tailored security and automation solutions for residential and light commercial spaces.
• Leverage inbound assets and build your own pipeline through local networks.
• Manage the pipeline with a CRM, track prospects, and forecast revenue.
