Qualifications

• Face-to-face field sales experience or sales hunting background.
• Ability to build rapport with small business owners in-person.
• Comfort with a proven sales model and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: conduct in-person cold calls to meet small business owners.
• The NFIB Presentation: master and deliver a 5-minute sales presentation.
• The Close: use an assumptive one-call close to enroll members and process payments.
• Advocacy: educate owners on NFIB protections in DC and state capitals.
