Job summary

National Federation of Independent Business seeks an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to grow NFIB membership through in-person field visits and a proven 5-minute sales presentation. This hunter/closer role offers uncapped commissions and a structured training program in a hybrid field environment.

You will travel locally to meet small business owners and build relationships while promoting NFIBs mission and advocacy work in Washington, DC and state capitals.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: Conduct in-person cold calls to meet small business owners (no appointment setting).
• NFIB Presentation: Master and deliver our 5-minute success-proven sales presentation.
• Close: Use an assumptive one-call close to enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: Educate owners on NFIB protections in DC and state capitals.
