NFIB is seeking an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to join our Voice of Small Business. This is a hybrid role with vast field time, meeting small business owners in your local market to grow NFIB membership.

You’ll be training in a proven model with uncapped commissions and a strong support network. Top performers earn substantial compensation with ongoing benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Owned a business, ran a department, or managed a territory as if your own.
• Perseverance to conduct face-to-face cold calls and build rapport with small business owners.
• Value continuous improvement and fast learning in a proven sales model.
• You aim to grow NFIB membership and advocate for small businesses.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: in-person cold calls to meet small business owners (no appointment setting).
• The NFIB Presentation: master and deliver a concise 5-minute sales presentation.
• The Close: use an assumptive one-call close to enroll members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: educate owners on NFIB protections in DC and state capitals.
