This Hunter/Closer role focuses on growing NFIB memberships through in-person outreach to independent business owners, delivering a concise 5-minute presentation, and closing memberships with on-the-spot payments.

Qualifications

• Proven success in high-stakes sales and closing deals.
• Ability to cold-call and build rapport with business owners.
• Willingness to work field-based Hunter role in various locations.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: conduct in-person cold calls to meet small business owners.
• The NFIB Presentation: Master and deliver our 5-minute sales presentation.
• The Close: Enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: Educate owners on NFIB protections in Washington, D.C. and state capitals.
