Heart & Home Kitchen & Bath Remodeling seeks an accomplished Luxury Kitchen & Bath Designer and Sales Professional to lead in-home consultations in the Metro Atlanta area. The role focuses on connecting with discerning homeowners, transforming ideas into detailed design concepts, and guiding clients through major remodeling investments.

Ideal candidates have a proven $2M+ annual sales track record, strong design eye, and ability to manage high-end projects with professional, white-glove service.

Qualifications

• Sold at least two million dollars in kitchen/bath remodeling in a year.
• Strong record of high-ticket residential remodeling sales.
• Experience serving affluent Metro Atlanta homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships from in-home consultations through design approval and handoff to production.
• Present personalized design concepts and investment options.
• Advise on cabinetry, countertops, tile, fixtures, lighting, and finishes.
• Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and sales forecasts.
• Generate referrals and self-sourced opportunities.
