Heart & Home Kitchen & Bath Remodeling seeks an accomplished Luxury Kitchen & Bath Designer with top-tier in-home sales experience in Metro Atlanta. You will lead consultations, craft personalized luxury designs, and guide clients through multi-stage investments for high-end renovations.

Ideal candidates have $2M+ annual sales history, deep knowledge of design software, and a network of affluent homeowners.

Qualifications

• Sold $2M+ in kitchen/bath remodeling in a single year.
• Experience serving affluent homeowners in Metro Atlanta.
• Strong knowledge of space planning for kitchen and bathrooms.
• Proficient with kitchen/bath materials and finishes.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships from in-home consult to design approval.
• Develop personalized design concepts and investment options.
• Present proposals and guide clients through buy decisions.
• Maintain CRM records and sales forecasts.
• Coordinate handoff to production and project management.
