Heart & Home Kitchen & Bath Remodeling seeks a Luxury Kitchen & Bath Designer and Sales Professional to lead in-home consultations in Metro Atlanta. You will guide affluent homeowners from initial design concepts to signed agreements, with access to top-tier cabinetry, countertops, and finishes.

Qualifications
- Sold >$2M in kitchen/bath remodeling in a single year.
- Experience selling high-end residential remodeling in Metro Atlanta.
- Proven ability to work with affluent homeowners and manage expectations.
- Proficiency with 20/20 Design or similar professional software.
- Willingness to travel within Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Lead in-home consultations across Metro Atlanta.
- Build trust with design-conscious homeowners.
- Translate client ideas into beautiful, buildable designs.
- Advise on cabinetry, countertops, tile, fixtures, and finishes.
- Present personalized proposals and investment options.
- Drive the sales process from consultation to production handoff.
- Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and follow-ups.
- Generate referrals and self-sourced opportunities.
