Heart & Home Kitchen & Bath Remodeling seeks an accomplished Luxury Kitchen & Bath Designer and Sales Professional to lead in-home consultations, design approvals, and the journey to production for high-end projects across Metro Atlanta.

You will engage affluent homeowners, translate their lifestyle into personalized designs, and close major remodeling investments with a white-glove service approach. This role offers unmatched income potential and strong operational support.

Qualifications

• Personally sold more than $2 million in kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling projects in a single year.
• Documented record of high-ticket residential remodeling sales.
• Significant experience selling kitchen and bathroom projects in Metro Atlanta.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client relationship from first in-home consultation through design approval, agreement, deposit, and handoff to production.
• Conduct polished in-home consultations across Metro Atlanta with affluent homeowners.
• Transform client ideas into beautiful, buildable kitchen and bathroom designs and present compelling concepts.
• Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and sales forecasts to drive outcomes.
