Heart & Home Kitchen & Bath Remodeling is seeking an accomplished Luxury Kitchen & Bath Designer and Sales Professional to lead in-home consultations across Metro Atlanta. The role focuses on connecting with discerning homeowners, turning ideas into beautiful designs, and guiding investments in high-end remodels.

Ideal candidates will have a proven record selling $2M+ annually, experience with affluent clients, and strong knowledge of space planning and finishes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to sell high-value remodeling projects.
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills for affluent homeowners.
• Excellent communication and follow-up throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-home consultations across Metro Atlanta, building trust with clients.
• Transform client ideas into buildable kitchen and bathroom designs.
• Advise on cabinetry, countertops, tile, fixtures, and finishes.
• Present concepts and investment options, guiding decisions without high-pressure tactics.
• Manage CRM, follow-ups, and sales forecasts to protect profitability.
• Coordinate handoff to production and project management teams.
