Heart & Home Kitchen & Bath Remodeling seeks an accomplished Luxury Kitchen & Bath Designer and Sales professional who has personally sold more than $2 million annually. You will lead in-home consultations, design concepts, and client handoffs for high-end kitchens and baths in Metro Atlanta.

Ideal candidates thrive on building relationships with affluent homeowners, delivering personalized spaces, and guiding major remodeling investments to successful production handoffs.

Qualifications

• Must have personally sold high-value kitchen/bath remodeling projects.
• Record of high-ticket residential remodeling sales.
• Experience selling to affluent Metro Atlanta homeowners.
• Strong knowledge of design, communication, and service expectations.
• Proficiency with professional design software and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships from first in-home consultation through design approval and production handoff.
• Coordinate polished in-home consultations across Metro Atlanta with affluent homeowners.
• Create and present design concepts, proposals, and investment options.
• Balance design creativity with budget, scope accuracy, and gross profit.
• Maintain CRM records and sales forecasts; pursue referrals and self-sourced opportunities.
