Qualifications

• Personally sold multimillion-dollar kitchen/bath remodeling projects in a single year.
• Proven track record in high-ticket residential remodeling sales.
• Experience selling in Metro Atlanta to affluent homeowners.
• Strong design-sense with ability to balance aesthetics and budget.
• Proficiency with 20/20 Design or similar professional software.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-home consultations with high-net-worth clients in Metro Atlanta.
• Transform client ideas into buildable kitchen and bathroom designs.
• Advise on cabinetry, countertops, tile, fixtures, and finishes.
• Present personalized proposals and investment options.
• Manage sales process from consultation to closed deal and handoff.
