Job summary

Heart & Home Kitchen & Bath Remodeling is seeking an accomplished Luxury Kitchen & Bath Designer and Sales Professional for in-home consultations across Metro Atlanta. You will guide clients from initial meeting through design approval, deposit, and handoff to production, building relationships with affluent homeowners and delivering premium spaces.

The role emphasizes a consultative design approach, providing high-end cabinetry, countertops, tile, and finishes while maximizing gross profit.

Qualifications

• Personally sold more than $2 million in kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling projects during a single year.
• A documented record of high-ticket residential remodeling sales.
• Significant experience selling kitchen and bathroom projects in Metro Atlanta.
• Experience serving affluent homeowners with high expectations for design, communication, and service.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen and bathroom space planning.
• Experience with cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, appliances, and interior finish selections.
• Proficiency with 20/20 Design or comparable professional design software.
• Ability to balance design creativity with budget, construction feasibility, scope accuracy, and gross profit.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Metro Atlanta.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client relationship from the first in-home consultation through design approval, signed agreement, deposit, and handoff to production.
• Conduct polished in-home consultations across Metro Atlanta for high-value clients.
• Build trust with affluent homeowners and understand lifestyle, priorities, and investment.
• Transform concepts into beautiful, buildable kitchen and bathroom designs.
• Create and present personalized design concepts and investment options.
• Navigate clients through design decisions without high-pressure tactics and maintain sales process control.
• Maintain CRM records, follow-up, and sales forecasts.
