Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of relevant IT experience and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows OS and software applications.
• Knowledge of Active Directory security and policies.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Experience providing remote technical support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organization.
• Must be able to drive a company vehicle and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Available to work an 8-hour shift between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, as determined by management.

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, and teleconferencing equipment.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and test computer hardware and associated equipment.
• Conduct site surveys and document configurations, requirements, and changes.
• Support hardware deployments, network upgrades, and equipment installations.
• Install and configure hardware, cabling, and specialized interconnecting cables.
• Maintain fiber optic modems, multiplexers, fiber/Ethernet cabling, and telephone systems.
• Install Windows operating systems, applications, antivirus software, and security patches.
• Use ticketing systems to document and track technical issues.
• Provide remote and on‑site end‑user support and training.
• Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and users to resolve technical issues.
