• Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or account management.

• A genuine desire to help people navigate complex choices with clarity.
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is helpful but not strictly required.
• Familiarity with digital insurance platforms and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a diverse portfolio of clients by understanding their unique risk profiles and insurance needs.
• Consult with prospects to identify coverage gaps and present thoughtful, personalized protection strategies.
• Develop and grow relationships with local businesses to establish yourself as their go-to insurance resource in Edison.
• Document client interactions and manage policy renewals with precision and care.
• Participate in regular strategy sessions to share insights and improve our collective approach to customer service.
