• Active Virginia Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Three years of professional experience in insurance sales or high-stakes client advisory.
• Strong command of agency management software and digital documentation.
• Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills.
• Demonstrated history of building and maintaining a client base.
• Working knowledge of commercial and personal lines of coverage.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized insurance solutions addressing client risks.
• Engage with prospective clients through consultations to address goals.
• Monitor industry trends to advise long-term policyholders.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in internal database.
