The Atlantic District in Winslow Township is seeking an Executive Expansion Agent who thrives in the community, builds lasting relationships, and expands our local presence beyond transactions. Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License.
• 3+ years of experience in direct insurance sales or related client-facing role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding production goals.
• Clear and articulate communication in person and over the phone.
• Familiarity with agency management systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with new potential clients within the Winslow Township area to grow our local presence.
• Analyze risk profiles of families and business owners to create comprehensive coverage solutions.
• Educate clients on complex insurance products, ensuring they understand exactly how their policies protect them.
• Manage an active pipeline of leads with care, diligence, and a focus on long-term retention.
• Attend local community events and network with other professionals to strengthen our agency's reputation.
• Collaborate with the broader team to refine our sales strategy and improve the overall client experience.
