Qualifications

• Active CT P&C license.
• Minimum of three years managing a personal lines book.
• Strong ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships over time.
• Proficient with agency management software and digital filing systems.
• Deep understanding of coverage forms and risk assessment techniques.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients to understand their unique risk management needs.
• Draft and present competitive insurance proposals tailored to individual and family goals.
• Review existing client policies annually to ensure coverage keeps pace with life changes.
• Collaborate with underwriting partners to secure the best possible terms for policyholders.
• Provide clear, jargon-free explanations of policy details during consultations.
• Maintain accurate client records within our database to ensure seamless service delivery.
