The Atlantic District in Bowie, MD is seeking an Elite Insurance Agent who builds real relationships with neighbors and business owners. You will work from our Bowie office, engaging with the community and becoming a trusted face for local risk management needs.

We move away from robotic sales tactics and offer autonomy, flexible incentives, and a supportive team that values integrity, service, and career growth.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or high-volume client services.
• Ability to explain complex policy details in plain language.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with industry-standard quoting software and Microsoft Office.
• History of building a client base from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients in the Bowie area to understand risk management needs.
• Analyze existing policies to find gaps and offer smarter, more protective options.
• Manage your calendar for in-person meetings and community outreach.

Requirements

• Current Property & Casualty insurance license in Maryland.
• Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or high-volume client services.
• Strong ability to explain complex policy details in plain language.
• Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
• Technical comfort with industry-standard quoting software and Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated history of building a client base from scratch.
