Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience leading a small team.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; personal assistant experience preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or family office settings.
• Strong communication, confidentiality, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with G-suite, iPhone, and MacBook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property projects and vendor activities.
• Conduct regular property inspections and supervise staff.
• Manage home maintenance and repairs.
• Arrange staff hours and tasks for optimal productivity.
• Inspect staff work and provide constructive feedback.
• Lead staff with accountable, efficient standards.
• Oversee inventory and procurement of household items.
• Provide reliable transportation for Principals and manage errands.
• Handle calls, greet guests, and manage calendars.
• Plan travel, family activities, and events.
• Support Principals and manager with flexible tasks.
