Qualifications

• Experience in a high-end hospitality or private household environment is strongly preferred.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail with strong follow-through.
• Professional presence, polished communication, and discretion are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal assistance and logistical support to the PA/EA team.
• Manage purchasing, returns, exchanges, and inventory tracking for the household.
• Organize high-end art, gifting inventory, wardrobe, and personal items across homes.
• Maintain consistency with detailed preferences across multiple residences.
• Communicate closely with team to handle requests and priorities efficiently.
• Assist with travel prep, packing, and ensuring essentials are ready; travel ~25%.
• Support events with setup, vendor coordination, and logistics.
• Work with the onsite PA in Atherton and provide backup as needed.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling private matters.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
