Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, monitor performance, and optimize costs.
• Oversee estate maintenance through scheduled inspections and preventive plans to preserve property value.
• Streamline administration and communications using G-suite; manage documentation with organized records.
• Coordinate errands and travel, scheduling deliveries and anticipating high-value needs.
• Develop contingency plans for urgent requests and ensure rapid, structured responses.
