Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Field Sales Trainer to close high-level deals and teach the next generation of sales reps. You will train new hires, shadow field reps, and provide actionable feedback while maintaining your own field production.

You’ll drive ramp-up, retention, and development across 1–3 divisions, with uncapped commissions and leadership growth toward Regional Training roles. Must travel across divisions as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven close in-home/outside sales and hitting targets.
• Natural coach who enjoys training others to close deals.
• Organized, proactive leader comfortable leading from the front.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel across divisions.

Responsibilities

• Run initial training classes and product training for new sales reps.
• Shadow reps in the field, run mid-calls, and give clear, actionable feedback.
• Lead by example by maintaining strong personal sales production.
• Drive the ramp-up and retention of newly hired Home Remodeling Experts.
• Track performance and develop reps across 1–3 divisions.
