Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors seeks an elite Field Sales Trainer in New Jersey to close deals and teach others. You will train new reps, shadow in the field, run mid-calls, and lead by example with strong personal sales production.

You’ll drive ramp-up and retention across 1–3 divisions, track performance, and develop your reps. The role offers uncapped commission with on-target earnings of $150,000–$185,000+ and a clear path to regional roles, plus competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

• A clear path to Regional Sales Trainer, Sales Manager, or Sales Director

What you bring

• Demonstrated success closing in-home sales (roofing, siding, windows, gutters, doors a plus)
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or training other sellers
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (travel across your divisions; 30–90 minute drive times)
• Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable
• Weekend availability
