Home Genius Exteriors is seeking an elite Field Sales Trainer in Dallas to train new reps and maintain high personal sales. You will teach, mentor, and lead from the front while driving ramp-up and retention across divisions.

Qualifications

• Proven success closing in-home/outside sales and beating targets.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or training other sellers.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable leading from the front.
• Weekend availability and willingness to travel within divisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver initial training classes and product training for new sales reps.
• Shadow reps in the field, run mid-calls, and provide actionable feedback.
• Maintain personal sales production while coaching others.
• Drive ramp-up and retention of newly hired Home Remodeling Experts.
• Track performance and develop reps across 1–3 divisions.
