Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Field Sales Trainer to continue high-level selling while developing the next generation of Home Remodeling Experts. You will train new reps, shadow field performance, and coach for improvements, all while maintaining personal sales excellence.

This role requires travel across divisions, a proven sales track record, and a drive to advance into regional leadership. Competitive comp includes uncapped commissions and strong bonus potential.

• Willingness to travel across divisions (30–90 minute drives).

We're looking for an elite closer who loves to teach. As a Field Sales Trainer, you'll keep selling at a high level and develop the next wave of Home Remodeling Experts — turning new hires into confident, high-performing closers who stick and win.

Who you are

• A proven top performer in in-home or outside sales — you've carried a number and beaten it
• A natural coach who gets a charge out of watching someone you trained close a deal
• Organized, consistent, and comfortable leading from the front

What you'll do

• Run initial training classes and product training for new sales reps
• Shadow reps in the field, run mid-calls, and give clear, actionable feedback
• Lead by example by maintaining strong personal sales production
• Drive the ramp-up and retention of newly hired Home Remodeling Experts
• Track performance and develop your reps across 1–3 divisions

What you'll earned

• B ase salary — plus uncapped commission on your personal sales
• Quarterly retention and training-performance bonuses
• On-target earnings of $150,000–$185,000+ , with top trainers earning more
• A clear path to Regional Sales Trainer, Sales Manager, or Sales Director

What you bring

• Demonstrated success closing in-home sales (roofing, siding, windows, gutters, doors a plus)
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or training other sellers
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (travel across your divisions; 30–90 minute drive times)
• Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable
• Weekend availability
