Qualifications

• Proven track record in direct field sales or business development.
• Comfort with in-person prospecting and closing.
• Ability to present a concise 5-minute sales presentation.
• Ability to work in a self-directed field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: in-person cold calls to meet small business owners.
• The NFIB Presentation: master and deliver a proven 5-minute presentation.
• The Close: use an assumptive one-call close to enroll new members and process payments.
• Advocacy: educate owners on NFIB in D.C. and state capitals.
