Job summary

Hendrick Automotive Group is seeking a sales-oriented professional for a role at Exotic Cars of the Carolinas in Charlotte. You will greet customers, determine the vehicle needs, explain features, and demonstrate vehicles in showroom or on test drives to drive sales.

Responsibilities include preparing sales paperwork, quoting prices with taxes and discounts, and coordinating delivery. The role requires strong customer service, communication skills, and basic MS Office proficiency to manage

Qualifications

Prior sales and/or customer service experience desired.
Intermediate MS Office skills and ability to learn customer management systems.

Responsibilities

Greets customer and determines make, type, and quality of vehicle desired.
Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on a test drive.
Computes and quotes sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount.
Completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales, including sales contract.
Arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle.
Engages in business development and maintains CSI at company standards.
