Hendrick BMW Northlake in Charlotte is seeking a motivated automotive salesperson to meet sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service. You will greet customers, identify desired vehicles, and demonstrate features in showroom or on test drives.

You will compute quotes, handle paperwork, and arrange delivery and registration while engaging in business development and maintaining CSI above standards.

Formación

• Automotive field of study or interest
• Up to 3 years of sales or customer service experience
• Prior sales and/or customer service experience desired
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsabilidades

• Meet dealership sales goals.
• Greets customer and determines vehicle needs.
• Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicle.
• Suggests optional equipment for customer to purchase.
• Computes and quotes sales price including tax, trade-in, and discount.
• Completes paperwork including sales contract.
• Arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle.
• Researches availability of models and options.
• Engages in business development.
• Maintains CSI at or above Company standards.
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
