Exotic Cars of the Carolinas Charlotte is seeking a service-oriented individual to greet customers in the service drive, identify maintenance needs with technicians, and schedule service appointments. The role supports the Service Advisor and processes payments for completed work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Automotive knowledge or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in service drive and check in for service.
• Assist Service Advisor by identifying required maintenance with customer and technician.
• Schedule service appointments with customers.
• Review documents, process payments, and return keys for completed services.
• Maintain CSI to company standards.
