Job summary

Hendrick Automotive Group in North Carolina seeks an energetic automotive sales professional to greet customers, determine vehicle needs, demonstrate features, and close sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction and dealership goals.

You will manage paperwork, coordinate delivery and registration, and participate in ongoing training while upholding company values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior sales and/or customer service experience desired.
• GED/HS Diploma or higher educational attainment required.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Meets dealership sales goals.
• Greets customer and determines make, type, and quality of vehicle desired.
• Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on demonstration drive.
• Computes and quotes sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount.
• Completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales, including but not limited to, preparing sales slip or sales contract.
• Arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle.
• Maintains CSI at or above Company standards.
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
