Executive & Personal Assistant to CEO

Location: Lynnwood, WA (must be local)

We’re looking for a highly experienced, proactive Executive & Personal Assistant to support our CEO across both professional and personal responsibilities. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role for someone who thrives on organization, anticipates needs, and can manage everything from executive calendars and travel to personal errands and household logistics.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage complex calendars, meetings, and high-level events.
• Book domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries.
• Serve as the CEO’s gatekeeper for communications and follow-up.
• Handle personal and household tasks such as bill payment, errands, and family scheduling.
• Support office operations and adapt to changing priorities seamlessly.
• Occasionally support after-hours tasks or travel with the CEO.

Who You Are:

• Experienced supporting a CEO or high-level executive (5+ years preferred).
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with virtual collaboration tools.
• Discreet, reliable, and adaptable to shifting demands.
• Comfortable managing both professional and personal responsibilities.

Salary & Benefits:
