Qualifications

  • 5 to 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives or principals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience managing complex calendars, travel, and high-volume coordination across both personal and professional needs.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex and ever-changing professional and personal calendars, prioritizing competing commitments.
  • Coordinate all aspects of meetings, appointments, and personal obligations including logistics and follow-ups.
  • Arrange complex domestic and international travel including detailed itineraries across business and personal needs.
  • Serve as a liaison across business, household, and external stakeholders ensuring seamless communication.
  • Draft, edit, and manage correspondence on behalf of the executive.
  • Manage inboxes, flag priorities, and respond on behalf of the executive when appropriate.
  • Oversee household operations including vendors, service providers, and scheduling.
  • Run personal errands and support day-to-day personal needs as required.
  • Plan and execute personal events, family events, and gifting initiatives.
